1. When the 17Track app shows “This number can’t be found…”, please use “USPS” or “Fedex” as the shipping carrier.
2. If it still not found, then maybe it’s because the shipping carrier didn’t update the tracking information. In this case it’s advised that you wait for 1-2 days and check again
