3-in-1 Design – Measure King digital tape measure offers three different modes. Cord Mode works similar to a tape measure and measures around things. Roller Mode measures curves and objects by rolling along them and mainly works with irregular objects and curved surfaces. Laser Mode measures objects or surfaces that are long and out of reach. These 3 functions make this product very distinct from traditional or other types of digital tape measurement tools. It is time to save money and buy only 1 product that resembles all 3 important functions in itself.

Cord Mode – This mode is mainly for working with the flat and round surfaces, and measuring body parts. To use this mode, first press the MODE/SAVE button until the Cord Mode icon is displayed. Secondly, pull out the cord to the length needed to measure your surface or object. Then, check the display for your measurement. Finally, retract cord in a controlled speed to ensure it returns to the unit properly.

Laser Mode – This second mode of Measure King is for working with walls, ceilings and for hard to reach areas up to 25 feet. For using, firstly press the MODE/SAVE button until the Laser Mode icon is shown. Then, point the tool towards the object or surface you want to measure. Lastly, press the measure button and use the built-in laser pointer to place your measurement. 

Roller Mode – This function is used for working with curved objects, irregular shapes and long flat surfaces. To use this mode, first press the MODE/SAVE button until the Roller Mode icon is displayed. Afterwards, hold the measure button and roll Measure King along the object or surface you would like to measure. At the end, release the measure button when done and check your measurement on the display. You can begin a measurement, pause, and re-start again. Just hold the Measure button, release to pause, and repeat until the entire measurement is complete.

Saving measurements – You obviously can not memorize all of your measurements and definitely do not want to write down all of them. In such cases, the saving function comes for the help. In any mode, while your measurement is displayed, hold the MODE/SAVE button for 2 seconds until the “M” icon blinks. The most recently saved measurement will be placed in the M1 position. Press the POWER/MEMORY button to view your saved measurements. Press the POWER/MEMORY button again to cycle through all of your saved measurements. The 5A battery is included in the product.
